Pinget National High School HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign- Know the Facts First

Campaigns aim to provide students with information to help prevent transmission of HIV and to address increasing motivation and changing norms towards precautionary behaviors. Pinget National High School is an active participant in empowering students to be a volunteer in preventing and spreading awareness about HIV and AIDS.

This campaign raises awareness about HIV and fights stigma by sharing stories of people living with HIV who are mothers, fathers, friends, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partners, wives, husbands, and co-workers.

OHANA CORDILLERA WARRIORS

 

 

Ohana Cordillera, Inc. is a Non-Governmental Organization that aims to contribute to the local and national responses in prevention, advocacy, treatment, care and support for People Living with HIV and AIDS, their affected family members, significant others and community. Likewise, spread awareness and increase public knowledge on HIV/AIDS in the Cordillera Administrative Region. The organization is also firm in fighting stigma and discrimination among People Living with HIV and AIDS.

Mission:
To contribute to the local and national responses in prevention, advocacy, treatment, care and support for People Living with HIV and AIDS, their affected family members, significant others and the community. 

Vision:
Educated community, empowered People Living with HIV and AIDS, affected family members and significant others living a normal, free from stigma and discrimination, productive and dynamic life in the mainstream of a sustained society. 

Goals: 
A sustainable organization in partnership with local, national and international stakeholders, involving People Living with HIV and AIDS, affected family members and significant others to facilitate, advocate a comprehensive, quality and compassionate care, support, and treatment to infected and affected with HIV and AIDS.
